Our modern 2storey house with a spacious rooftop on top of the hill has a magnificent view of the sunset, the Pacific ocean, mangroves and thousands of coconut trees. You can even see the famous 2 islands Guyam and Daku as well as the long left hand Pesangan surf break. We don’t just offer a house with a view,but we also specialise on outstanding longboarding lessons especially crosstepping and noseriding with IKIT AGUDO, who’s born and bred in the island. The space The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 12pax on two floors. There are 3 rooms with split type airconditioning located on the 2nd floor with a beautiful contemporary shared balcony and fully equipped kitchen with dining table, where you can watch the sunset and enjoy the greenery view. All rooms have a QUEEN SIZE BED and cabinet. The master bedroom has a working desk with view over the garden and a spacious private en suite bathroom, while the other 2 rooms share an additional full bathroom. This private upstairs space is perfect for a group of families and friends but not recommended for little kids, due to the open space balcony and stairs. Meanwhile the lower floor caters 3 private rooms, which are each equipped with split type airconditioning, a queen sized bed, a working desk and an en suite bathroom. The shared fully equipped kitchen with dining table and the spacious patio with a garden view offer alot of space to relax and unwind as well as mingle. OTHER OFFERS: We offer surf lessons for beginners up to intermediate surfers and SPECIAL LONGBOARDING LESSONS with teaching on CROSSTEPPING & NOSERIDING. Our head coach is Ikit Agudo, a SOUTHEAST ASEAN Silver Medalist held in La Union, Philippines, who was part of the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL TEAM as well for several years. Now she is focusing on sharing the stoke of longboarding by teaching and doing international longboarding retreats. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * The top floors are non-child friendly. We recommend booking the ground floor if you have kids with you. * Some parts of the balcony get wet when it rains hard. * No smoking inside the rooms. * No pets allowed. * No parties or events, as we respect the local community we live in. We are just a short ride away from bars and restaurants, which you can easily reach by public transport as well. Guest access The rooftop and garden are shared places for all house guest.
