Nature Villa Traditional Homestay

This is our old family home, built in traditional Kulvi architecture. It is in a sparsely populated section of the village, away from noise and hustle-bustle. Surrounded by apple, plum, and persimmon orchards, with a river Beas view, all you can hear is the roar of the river and birds chirping. It is a perfect getaway for someone looking for a peaceful stay. Three rooms, one functional kitchen, and a washroom are available to guests. You will love the quaint and rustic feel of the place. The space The house is built in traditional Kulvi architecture. Although built over 50 years ago, it is well-maintained and has adequate facilities. Guests will have exclusive access to three rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, cooker, geyser, water purifier, pots and utensils. An electric geyser supplies hot water. A top-load washing machine is also available. We use the other portion of the house, which has a separate entrance, without affecting your privacy. The place is situated between Kullu and Manali — both 18 km away — a kilometer from the highway, well-connected by road with on-premise parking. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to three bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and a washroom. The veranda and patio are shared with us, although we do not use them often. Other things to note Other notes: • Well connected by road, with on-premise parking. • Please keep the apartment clean and tidy, as you would your own home. • A fully functional kitchen with a gas stove and utensils is provided. You can cook as you wish. • Several nearby restaurants deliver food. Food menus are available. • Daily cleaning is not possible, but for longer stays, we provide cleaning and linen changes once a week. More frequent cleaning will be chargeable. • Please respect that this is someone's home, and not a budget hotel alternative. • Smoking, drinking, and partying are not allowed on the property. • Jio AirFiber is installed, with 30 Mbps speed and a 1000 GB monthly limit. • We do not allow pets, as we already have pets on the property. • A heater can be provided at a nominal daily charge. • If you bring your own heater, electricity charges will apply. • Heating might be inadequate due to low voltage during peak winter months—this is beyond our control. Please plan and pack accordingly.
