The space A lovely new studio ( private bath room and kitchen emerge) a proper shelter can be reached in 10 seconds , as the unit is on the garden level of the building , as well as shelter. A desk facing the garden makes it perfect for work from home. A washing machine in the garden area ( for use of the two units on the garden level) Guest access The entire place is private..the garden is shared by the guest in the other unit. Tel Aviv is safe and do not suffer from alarms, but just in case , the building has a shelter on the same floor as the studio , that you can enter from a back door in 4 seconds. ..
