Superb vacation home located in southern Brittany, perfectly equipped, with a private swimming pool, and all-inclusive! The space Ambon is a concentrate of Brittany in its pure state: a coastline with white sandy beaches and rocky coasts that are perfect for fishing! Between salt marshes, meadows and woods, hikers and nature lovers will find what they're looking for. The most enthusiastic will visit the city's historical monuments! In terms of location, you benefit from access to Vannes in less than 15 minutes, and you are less than 10 minutes from the beaches of Ambon or Damgan. After your days exploring Morbihan, the pool and its terrace invite you to relax and enjoy moments of togetherness with family or friends. The Heol cottage is such a lovely family home that you'd rather keep the address to yourself! This magnificent 300 m² farmhouse with its huge swimming pool (12 meters long) and garden can accommodate 12 people without exceeding capacity. On the ground floor, the house consists of an entrance, a kitchen with dining room, two living rooms with natural light, a double bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with bathroom/toilet (bathtub and shower), a laundry room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find 3 double bedrooms (3 beds measuring 160 x 200) with their own toilets and private shower room, 2 other double bedrooms (2 beds measuring 160 x 190), a shower room and a toilet, and a mezzanine. All double beds can be split into single beds. Outside, you will enjoy the heated pool at 28°C (12 x 4.5 m and 1.35 m deep), open from April to the end of September, a large 78-acre garden with a wooded area, and parking spaces in front of the cottage. Exceeding capacity is not allowed, nor are festive events.
