Within a 2 minute walking distance to the Main lodge, south beach, tiki bar, tennis courts as well as the ski hill. House features 50mbps wifi connection, 55" living room smart TV, fire place and a screened porch. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sound of nature. The space A cozy environment in which you'll be able to kick back and relax. Our home is conveniently located right next to community park which means that you won't have neighbors to one side which ultimately will result in a more enjoyable and private stay. A single floor layout will save you from constantly walking up and down the stairs while a spacious and flat backyard will allow you to enjoy as much of nature as you desire. Guest access Guests will be able to access all living areas with the exception of Laundry Room, owner's closet, outside shed and crawl space beneath the house. Other things to note House is located within the resort community "The Hideout" and is built on the main road that surrounds the Roamingwood Lake. While most of the residents are "weekenders", there are a coupe of permanently occupied houses about 100 yards to the right of our home.
