The Birches, Ashlin Farm Barns

The Birches is a detached architect-designed brick property which stands in its own grounds, within the Woodland View area of our site. The garden has the luxury of its own hot tub/swim spa seating ten people, heated outdoor shower, illuminated seating area and barbecue. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor, each individually styled with their own en-suite facilities and wall mounted TV’s. The space The barn has been sympathetically designed to provide optimum privacy, space and comfort for up to 10 guests, just a stone’s throw from the vibrant city of Lincoln. Not forgetting the sun room, a separate space to enjoy with its own sheltered seating and bi-folding doors looking onto the garden. Come day or night, the garden is the perfect space for relaxing with family or friends, whatever the occasion. Other things to note Pets are very welcome at The Birches.
