Other things to note Please read carefully before you complete the reservation: We would like to inform you that, to ensure comfort during your stay in our apt we initially provide a basic set of bedding and pillows, these items are available as part of the services included in your reservation. However, covered, bath/face towels or toiletries must be brought from home. If you need additional bedding during your stay, an additional fee will be applied to cover laundry and replacement costs. This measure aims to ensure the quality and hygiene of the items provided. Check-in: I will personally be at the property to receive you and hand over the keys. The address and my contact will be sent after the reservation is complete. Check-out: On the day of your departure, I will go to the property at the agreed time to receive the keys. We don't have garage usually customers leave in front of the property, as the neighborhood is quiet. It is not allowed to hold parties, the use of the property is exclusive for nights for the season. Visits are permitted, but it is forbidden to receive people to stay overnight without prior authorization, subject to breach of contract and fine.
