The space Approximately 2,000 sq. ft., our two-story property can sleep up to eight people. It's a duplex, so its back house unit is reserved separately for other guests. The dining table can seat up to 8 and a separate dining table with 2 chairs is placed near the kitchen area. LIVING ROOM: Massive sectional sofa set and a wall-mounted widescreen TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, and other online streaming platforms. PARKING AREA/ OUTDOOR: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles and street parking are available. A patio can be accessed from the dining area downstairs and a viewing deck with patio furniture is built. Guest access AC/HEAT: Each room has its own split AC and the bathrooms are heated. ENTERTAINMENT: Ping pong table is available to be used and is shared with the neighboring guests. SHARED LAUNDRY: On-site washer and dryer are available and free to be used. It is being shared with the neighboring guests. Laundry supplies are also provided such as detergent and bleach. INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet speed goes up to 400Mbps+. Other things to note ?????
