This is a light filled, compact, 10th floor apartment centrally located, near transport options, supermarkets, walking distance to art gallery, parks, britomart and library. I can assist with nearby car parking option for $15 per day but this will not be located in the building (10 minute walk) however it will be secure 24/7 access. The space This is a large complex centrally located, and while you are on the 10th floor, on weekends as it's busy, you may hear some street noise but its not too bad with doors shut. There is a small balcony off living area, and also the bedrooms. Guest access I can meet you at front of building, or rear of building.
