Entire 2nd Floor Guest Suite in East ATX

Enjoy the space, quality, and privacy of a whole home rental at the price of a private room! Guests will have the entire second floor private guest suite to themselves with the stairway entrance accessible as soon as you open the front door. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood ~15 minutes to Downtown, 6th Street, South Congress, Zilker, the Austin Airport, the Tesla Gigafactory, the Austin Rodeo, Circuit of the Americas (COTA) and the Domain during normal traffic conditions The space The private second floor suite contains a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a separate room with a kitchenette, workspace, and living area. The kitchenette is fully stocked with all essentials to prep easy meals such as sandwiches, salads, and cheese boards. Cooking items such as a cutting board, knives, mixing bowl, strainer, measuring cups, toaster, microwave and coffee maker are all included. We are also happy to accommodate requests for any other utensils you may need. Guests will enter through the main door and immediately will find the staircase to access the private second floor suite without needing to walk through the house. Guests will not have access to the downstairs of the home and will not share any spaces with the hosts outside the entryway The white shiplap pitched ceilings and bohemian design gave this suite the nickname "The Clubhouse", a peaceful retreat after a long day of Austin sightseeing. Guest access Guests enter through the front door and immediately will find the stairway to access the private second floor suite. Hosts will not access the second floor and guests won't have access to the main level. Note while it is a private space and all rooms have doors upstairs, there is not a door to completely separate upstairs from the rest of the house. During your stay I’m always available to offer help through the app and if I’m home, happy to help in person. Other things to note We love to chat with guests! We are often out and about and default to ensuring guests have privacy and so we may not often be around by the guest suite entrance, however, feel free to always reach out! We are happy to chat and provide recommendations over text or in-person.
