This renovated split-level home (2300 sqft) has plenty of amenities (central AC, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with eating bar, WiFi, TV, laundry, etc.). Convenient to shopping areas, NIKE headquarters, INTEL, trails, downtown, Forest Park, zoo, Washington Square, and more. Bring your accounts for streaming with fast FiOs. Open kitchen connecting to the living room with a gas fireplace. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 soaking tub), including a master ensuite. The master ensuite with a shower is on the main floor. Mattresses with hypoallergenic protectors. We offer pod and drip coffee makers, so just bring your favorite coffee to brew. Slider to private retreat through the deck to a serene large yard with a fire pit. We love pets. Please follow the pet rules to keep them safe. One small or medium-sized pet is allowed with a one-time pet fee for a short-term or a monthly fee for a long-term stay.
