Limited ground floor requests are accepted based on physical or medical needs. Please call the Front Desk for details. Front Desk Hours of Operation: Saturday-Thursday, 7am-10pm and Friday, 7am-12am. If you plan to arrive at the resort outside of normal front desk hours, please call the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival. Parking is limited. Gated boat and RV parking is available off-site. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
