The space This great Victorian 4 bedroom family home is only a short 15 min walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk from the bustling cafes and eateries of Ripponlea, Glenhuntly rd and Carlisle street. Sleeps 6 comfortably with an additional fold out couch for 2 people if required. Also sleeps an infant in cot. Our spacious family home consists of: - King size master bedroom with ensuite, - twin bed children's room - baby room with cot, - toy room/4th bed, (Queen mattress or double fold out bed available) - 2nd bathroom with shower and bath - North facing, large back yard with trampoline and bbq area - Spacious lounge and dining area with plenty of natural light - Fully equipped kitchen - Separate laundry Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, TV with DVD player and Optus TV for recordings and movies.
