It is located in a quiet street, close to amenities and restaurants. Easy access to central London. The space - Guests will have the run of the two bedrooms apartment and use of all the facilities. The Garden has recently been developed now boasting lots of green space. - The lounge is classic and stylish with storage space, a comfortable extendable sofa, and a TV. - There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. The modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied. - The bedrooms are bright and airy with storage space, one king size and one double bed both are set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The premises have good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators. - In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The house will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive. - The place has a driveway with a parking slot. If there is more than one car, plenty of off-street parking is available. I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note -I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -Heater: You will find the thermostat in the corridor, please remember to turn it off when you leave. Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
