The studio shares a wall with our living room and kitchen in the main house. You may hear some household sounds from time to time, such as talking and cooking,, but we’re always respectful and keep things at normal volume. You’ll have two dedicated driveway parking spots and a well‑lit walkway leading to your private backyard patio, fully enclosed with a 6' privacy fence—perfect for relaxing in our quiet neighborhood. Inside, the studio features beautiful décor and a high vaulted ceiling. The king bed includes extra pillows and blankets in the base. A 54" TV faces the bed and can swivel toward the dining or living area. The corner kitchenette has a medium fridge/freezer, small sink, microwave, and coffee maker. (No cooking allowed.) We provide coffee, tea, and snacks so you can settle in right away. The dining area seats four. The living area includes a soft couch that’s great for stretching out or converting into a full pull‑out for extra guests. There’s also a desk with a comfortable chair, excellent lighting, fast WiFi, and easy device charging. The full bath features a shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus a hair dryer. You’ll also find a full‑size washer and dryer with laundry pods for a few loads, a wide vanity, full‑length mirror, ironing board, and plenty of hanging space.
