Walk to campus from this peaceful and centrally-located in-town home overlooking Mink Brook. Fully renovated in 2022, our home is nestled in the woods and only 0.4 miles from the Dartmouth Green. Large bright windows facing south, a deck to entertain guests, in-deck hot tub, brand new kitchen, and 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 full. 1 twin/loft, 1 sleeping couch, 1 comfy inflatable if necessary) The space Our home features a seemingly modest entry from the gravel parking area down the steps to the front door. From there you will enter the house which features an open floor plan overlooking a beautiful view of Mink Brook (connected to the Connecticut River) and surrounding trees and woods. One of few in-town homes where its location and positioning allow you to quickly forget you are right in the middle of a college town. The house was renovated in 2022 and has most of the modern amenities one can expect. 3 bedrooms are located on the main floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private outdoor porch, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms on the main floor have 1 full-size bed (2 coz) in one and 2 full-size beds in the other and share a bathroom across the hall. The laundry room is also located on the main floor. There is a 4th bedroom, available upon request, that has a twin bed on a loft with en-suite bathroom. It's our youngest child’s room so don't be surprised if you see toys and other things 12 year olds like neatly stored during your stay. The decks feature a Hot Springs hot tub, a Solo fire pit with deck chairs and an outdoor shower in warmer seasons. The property drops down to the tent platform in the woods - stairs take you all the way down to Mink Brook Trail which is a beautiful 1.5-mile circular hike along the Connecticut if you desire.
