Enjoy the city skyline view from the window, or take advantage of the nearby amenities. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our condo is your perfect retreat in the heart of Taytay. Guest access Guests are invited to enjoy our amenities, including the gym (as per schedule) and pool area. Pool access is priced at PHP 200 per adult and PHP 100 for kids, with all payments and schedules coordinated through the Hive Management Office. Long-term guests staying a minimum of 30 days are granted complimentary access to the pool facilities. Don't forget to explore the charming surroundings of Hive Residences. Have a wonderful stay! Other things to note Parking: At Hive Residences, we do not provide free parking spaces for 4-wheel vehicles; however, complimentary parking for motorcycles is available. We also offer limited pay parking slots on a first-come, first-served basis. If you prefer guaranteed parking, you can reserve a space in advance at an additional cost of PHP 150 for half a day or PHP 250 for a full day, with parking hours from 12 noon to 11 am the following day, separate from the room rate. Other parking options: For your convenience, you can find free parking across the road from Hive Residences. Additionally, you're welcome to park at Walter Mart, located just beside our property, during daytime hours. Please note that parking at Walter Mart and Valley Fair is available for day-time use only. Cooking Basics: 1. Pots, pans, toaster, and electric stove are available upon request for long term stays. Smoking/Vape Rule: 1. This is allowed, however, please do smoke near the range hood exhaust as the unit has a smoke alarm and sprinklers. 2. Please don't throw your cigarette butts outside the window. We will provide ashtrays if needed.
