We have a kitchen with cooking utensils, a cozy living area with a smart TV, and dining area. Our bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower and toilet with bidet. Being a corner unit, our place has 2 spacious balconies which are ideal for lounging and chilling! We are located at the 10th floor of Celandine Condominium in Balintawak QC. Guest access On the day of your check-in, we will meet you personally at the lobby concierge to hand over the unit's keys. On your check out date, we will meet you at the unit at 12:00 NN and you will handover the keys to us personally. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE UNIT UNLOCKED/UNATTENDED. Should you wish to check-out earlier than the prescribed checkout time, please send us a message ahead of time so we can go to you on your preferred time. Other things to note Guests are required to log-in upon entry at the premises. We will require valid identification cards and the names of the guests staying at the unit. A maximum of 6 persons can occupy the unit. Beyond this, additional guests will not be allowed entry to the property. We will issue an authorization letter for the dates of your stay as official guests of the unit. Only the names of guests provided will be allowed entry into the premises.
