Come and discover this special little corner and be enchanted by every detail The space The first floor has a full suite, equipped kitchen, TV room, dining room and a large balcony ideal for dining outdoors, preparing a barbecue or simply enjoying the garden. On the second floor, guests will find two full suites and a mezzanine with a panoramic view of the greenery, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Attention: - Groups of guests under the age of 30, booking the house only, with father and mother, responsible together in the house, or in some cases, with the hiring of the housekeeper every day, pay separately! * Suite 1: 1 double bed * Suite 2: 1 double bed * Suite 3: 1 double bed Parking for 1 car. Guest access * electricity at R$1.55 per kW/h charged separately according to consumption * We ask for a security deposit of R$50 per day to cover electricity expenses, which will be refunded 24 hours after check-out if it does not exceed this amount or extra consumption is charged. * Bed and bath linens are provided. * Check-in 12 noon and check-out 12 noon, for early check-in and late check-out there is an hourly and per-period fee according to the daily rate and availability. * Put in the query the correct number of adult guests, children, pets and babies. Please do not exceed the number of guests who booked the home or will be charged a fine of R$500 the extra per day or until the reservation is canceled. * We ask that you check out with the hosts and leave your dishes washed and trash removed or a fee of R$450.00 (we have a maid to indicate) * We accept small pets (consult). * No loud parties and smoking inside the house, as it is a family house with houses very close to each other. Sound is allowed in moderate volume from 10 to 10 pm (not 'it is allowed to bring a sound box to pool or glass objects). * After the reservation sends a list of guests with documents, and identification of cars with license plate, model and color.
