Beach access: -Private Access (with beach gate), exclusive for guests and condominium owners, (taking 7:55 min to walk a distance of 450m, on foot, from the house to the beach). Duplex Description: Ground Floor: - Room 01: Cozy environment with ceiling fan and air conditioning, 01 double bed, clothesline, hangers and counter. - Toilet with granite countertop. -Bathroom, with basin, shower and electric shower - Living Room (ceiling fan) with 2- and 3-seater sofas, Smart TV, TV stand, Minibar, Wine cellar, Free Wi-Fi. -Dining Room, with table and 6 chairs and support. - Full kitchen: Space with stainless steel countertop, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, water cooler, 4-burner gas stove, sandwich maker, coffee maker and other utensils. -Service area with clotheslines (we do not have a washing machine). - Front Terrace: Large space with ceiling fan, table and 4 chairs, hammock and a relaxing seating set. -Gourmet Space: Relaxed environment with barbecue, living area with umbrella and support bench, table and chairs. -Garden and Shower (supplied by the COMPESA concessionaire). - Staircase to the upper floor. The pool: *Swimming pool with generous deck, shared by 2 more existing houses on the lot*. Deck lighting for night use. Guests will NOT be able to access the private areas of the 2 neighboring houses on the lot Access to the pool: Access to the pool area and deck is for the private and exclusive use of the guests and owners of the 2 neighboring houses Parking Access: Parking on the roads, around the lot. NOTE: Private areas and parking of the other properties on the lot must not be accessed. Access to the Condominium: Through the 24-hour doorman, with identification of people and vehicles, according to the list provided by the Host. Beach access: Access through the condominium's private beach entrance (450m from the house), for condominium members and guests, with the use of individual wristbands. Access to the Condominium's Leisure Areas: Unrestricted access to leisure areas.
