The space Welcome to our exclusive, four unit resort style community built in 2022. Each of our units is 3 bed 2 bath and features fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light in living room. Our backyard is the best kept secret in Pensacola. Fully fenced, features two grills, fire pit, pergola, gazebo, volleyball net with beautiful mature palm trees all around it. It's a perfect place to start morning with a coffee or unwind and relax after long day. It can easy accommodate multiple large groups at the same time. The parking is situated at the back of the community and is very secure. We allow up three cars per unit at our premises, and unlimited parking off-street. The community is very conveniently located just few minutes from downtown and Pensacola best restaurants and less than 20 minutes from the beach in a normal traffic conditions. NAS is also less than 20 minutes away. We are great for either vacation seekers, remote workers, military or nursing personnel. Whether you are coming for few days or stay with us longer we hope you enjoy this special place to call home. Guest access We will send a code to the door prior to guest arrival. Garage at this moment is not included. You will have entire unit for yourself. There is a big fenced shared backyard and shared parking in the back for residents only. Other things to note Our goal is to provide a healthy, peaceful, and pleasant environment for all our guests. Guest Identification Requirements: We reserve the right to request copies of driver’s licenses or government IDs for safety and security purposes -------- For bookings made more than 24 hours before check-in: Copies of driver’s licenses or government IDs, along with a full list of guests, must be provided within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. For same-day bookings: All requested documents must be provided before check-in. Failure to comply will result in cancellation. -------- • Please keep doors and windows closed and locked, especially when not in the unit. • Some of our units are on the second floor and require climbing stairs. Please do not lean on the railings, and remember that stairs can be slippery when wet. • Zero drug policy: violators will be reported to authorities. • No smoking: $500 fee per violation. • No parking on the grass: $50 fee per violation. • Must be 25 or older to book. • This house is not designed for children, but children are welcome under adult supervision. There is no child safety equipment. • Pets (if approved) must be on a leash in public areas. The pet fee covers normal wear and tear. By staying, you accept full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by your pet. Please clean up after pets. Restricted breeds are not allowed. • We reserve the right to charge for excessive utility use if usage is abnormally high. • Retaliatory reviews will be removed. • A signed lease agreement is required for stays over 7 days. It must be signed within 24 hours or the reservation will be canceled. Long-term bookings must be manually approved. • We may require background checks for all guests. • Florida has insects year-round, and we perform regular pest control. However, leaving doors or windows open can still let bugs in. Negative reviews based on insects will be removed. • Hot surfaces caution: appliances like the stove can become extremely hot. Please use caution and keep children and pets away. Liability Release: By booking this property, you and all members of your party acknowledge and assume all risks related to your stay, including (but not limited to) the use of stairs, railings, hot surfaces, grills, barbecues, gardens, volleyball nets, or any other amenities provided. You agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the property owners from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of your stay, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
