2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on 1st floor. Large private parking lot. Wifi and Roku tv. This cozy spot will have you within minutes of everything in town. Cook dinner in the kitchen (stocked with essential cooking utensils), then relax and watch your favorite streaming services in the living room. Free in-unit laundry! Guest access Enter the building through the main door on the parking lot side. It will be Apartment A on the left immediately when you walk in. Other things to note The apartment building is located in a neighborhood with many young families. Occasionally children will play in the front of the building while it's light out on the weekends or after school. I have informed the surrounding neighbors that children are not allowed to play in the parking lot/driveway of the building. The parking lot is private and fenced off from the surrounding properties, but please inform me if children are playing in these areas.
