The space Our beautiful newly renovated bayside condo is a spacious, bright and sunny unit in a fabulous location convenient to Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle, and Anna Maria Island/Bradenton alike! The condo has an open floor plan with a beautiful glass-enclosed sun room and walk-out patio (this is a 1st floor unit with no stairs to climb!), two large and cozy bedrooms, an office/3rd bedroom, and a stunning and fully-updated modern kitchen! Open concept living room with beautiful large leather couch, cozy pillows, Roku tv and cable, great for relaxing after a hot day on the beach or entertaining friends and family. Sunny, bright and serene master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in shelving and drawers, TV, large closet, en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, quartz counter-tops, double sink and vanity area, lighted mirror and separate makeup mirror, and great closet and storage space. Second bedroom has two double beds (sleeps 4), TV, large closet with built in shelves. Second bathroom has a full walk-in glass shower and large quartz counter-top vanity. (Second bedroom & bathroom can be separated from the rest of the condo with a sliding door, creating a separate full suite!) Kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets and storage space, plus a breakfast bar that sets 6. All brand new appliances and glass top stove. We’re fully stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you will need: coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, blender, pots and pans, spices and more. 3rd bonus room with French doors can serve as a beautiful office if you are working, and/or a bedroom with a brand new twin trundle daybed and closet storage. Laundry/storage room with stackable washer/dryer, vacuum and mops, iron and ironing board, tennis/pickleball rackets, paddleball set, large cooler and cooler bags, drying rack, etc. * All linens provides including beach towels. Our bright enclosed sun-room with hurricane impact glass sliding doors, includes a cozy corner nook with 2 oversized chairs for reading, relaxing, or happy hour, and a high top bar table. The lanai leads onto a beautiful patio surrounded by tropical vegetation and bay views, lots of little lizards and the occasional visiting Ibis or other tropical bird! Also only steps from the patio (~30 feet) is a bench and our private docks overlooking the Sarasota Bay, a favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise over the water. A very peaceful and serene spot with beautiful views over the water and all the nearby mangrove islands - you may spot manatees, dolphins, and lots of jumping fish while relaxing here! Bait up your rod and fish right here off the docks, or take advantage of the kayak rentals available literally at the next dock over, walking distance, providing a great way to peacefully explore all the mangroves. And if you have a boat, you can also rent one of the slips here from our association for the length of your stay. A few steps outside the condo is a private tennis/pickleball court, and just across the street, a very short walk away, is our association's beautiful private beach with white sand and crystal blue waters, plus a large heated pool and lounge chairs. There is also a club-room available next to the pool, for entertaining larger groups or private events. Be sure to go watch the sunset each evening because it is different every night! A variety of beach chairs/loungers, umbrellas, and a beach cart can be found in our storage space. This is a small and friendly community (only 8 units in our bayside complex), not a high rise, in a very convenient mid-key location. Great amenities and everything you may need for the perfect relaxing vacation. Please note, NO SMOKING is allowed in our condo. Our complex is pet friendly, but we allow small dogs only in our unit (25 lb limit). There is also a required application and background check that our association requires for all renters with additional fees. You will love our place as much as we do!
