Newly renovated - walking distance to pier!

Welcome to The Steele Magnolia!! Completely renovated 2 bed/1ba plus bonus pull out couch. We are located directly across the street from Von Stiehl Winery and are just a few minutes walk to Crescent Beach! The space To access Unit 1 you will want to enter through the large door with the side lights, which is accessed and visible from the parking lot. Unit 1 is the first door to your left. Opening the front door you will find the floors to have all new luxury vinyl flooring and tastefully decorated. Entering into the kitchen which has all new cabinetry and full tile wall backsplash. In the kitchen I have added a poker table dining table which includes 6 chairs for you to have some private card game fun! Through the kitchen and into the living room you will notice I have chosen the seating arrangement to be conversational and inviting. This includes an 84” sleeper sofa couch, relaxing furniture, board games, variety of books and a large smart TV. Note: There is also an AC window unit located in the living room during warmer months. If the temperature is hot outside, I recommend to turn the AC unit on when you check in so you can cool the suite off while your outside enjoying the town! Through the living room, it has another exit door on the side facing Steele Street. You can use the same code to enter either door. The bathroom is located off the kitchen and is fully renovated which includes a tub/tiled shower and beautifully designed tile floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and one of them has a Graco Pack n Play crib located in the closet. Note: One of the bedrooms has a locked barn door. Inside the locked door are extra supplies for our cleaners. Both bedrooms have plenty of hangers for everyone to utilize. I take great care in designing properties specifically with relaxation in mind and can't wait for you to relax and enjoy this property that is within walking distance to everything in Algoma! Guest access The property does have parking lot with one designated parking space per unit. For example if you are staying in unit 1, you will be designated parking spot number 1. If you have more than one of car, there is additional parking on the road or at the park down the street. Other things to note Please note this unit was just renovated and we are just waiting on our professional photos! The design in this unit will include a poker table/dining table and a more industrial design. This property is a 9-unit apartment building. This summer we plan on having a newly paved parking lot as well! We do have other long-term renters in the building in units 6-9. Laundry: We do not have any washer and dryer hookups however we are lucky enough to have a laundry mat right next door! Bugs: Even though we have sprayed inside and outside twice a year, we are by the water! You can expect to see a few insects here and there.
