The four bedrooms of this house are split between the upstairs and the finished basement. Upstairs is a generous master bedroom with double closets, a second bedroom with great morning light, and an office that can have a twin bed upon request. The finished basement has a large and bright garden unit bedroom with double closets and a private entrance. The basement also has a carpeted bonus room that's great for exercise, a space for kids to play, and can be converted to another bedroom with the pull out couch. The back yard is ideal for hanging out when the weather's nice! A deck with patio furniture provides a great spot for outdoor meals, the fire-pit with a handmade standing bar sets the perfect scene for gathering around a fire, and the sitting area in the shade of the mulberry tree provides a great spot to relax and beat the heat. Yard has a 6 foot privacy fence so dogs can safely play, but the owners ask that dogs stay out of garden beds and do not bark at neighbor dogs.
