Paddleboard available on request, great spot for kitesurfing, sea swimming and beach walks. Bexhill and Cooden within walking distance. Bexhill boasts lovely restaurants and bars along with the iconic De La Warr and local museum. The Closest train station is Collington - 10min walk. The space This annexe sits below our main family property and is completely self contained, this annexe has its own entrance and exit the annexe is completely private and your own space not shared. The annexe also boasts sea views from every room. There is a shared garden but the annexe has its own courtyard where you can enjoy evening drinks and a meal outside while listening to the sound of the sea and watching the boats pass. There is a TV (smart tv with a set up Netflix account) and a DVD player in the living room along with a small selection of DVDs. A luxurious & comfortable Superking deluxe bed awaits you alongside a welcome hamper with some yummy bubbly treats and fresh semi skimmed milk and butter can be found in the fridge on arrival. Please let us know if alternative milk is preferred in advance as we have a milkman. The closest train station is Collington and that is a 10min walk. The other stations are Bexhill and Cooden but they are a short taxi ride away. Please note we have 2 children and a sweet, quiet and friendly puppy but we are a very busy household so you are unlikely to see much of us as we are mostly taxying the children around to various clubs lol and are happy to keep the puppy in our own private balcony on request. Guest access Private access to this annexe is down the side of the main property, there are stairs leading down to the annexe, where you will also find your private courtyard patio area, great for outdoor dining.
