NEW Cozy Catskills Cabin w Fireplace, Near Kadampa

Enjoy this peaceful cabin, nestled on 3 acres of wooded land. This beautiful property is brand new, with features including central air, a back deck with Weber grill, fire pit, indoor fireplace, and high speed internet. Plenty of room to work remotely, or relax in the Catskills! 5 mins from the Delaware River, Kadampa Meditation Center & Shrewd Fox Brewery; 15 mins from Port Jervis & Barryville; 30 mins from Bethel Woods & Narrowsburg. Lots of hiking trails and outdoor activities in the area! The space There are two bedrooms in the house: a queen which is on the main floor, and an open loft upstairs which houses a king and a twin bed. This room is open to the living room. On the deck we have a charcoal grill, and ample seating. There's also a fire pit, which is a great place to spend evenings. In the home, you will find a stacked washer & dryer, which you are more than welcome to use. Our Smart Samsung TV offers TV Plus, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Showtime, and more. On the deck, we have ample seating and there are plastic Adirondack chairs, which you are free to take down to the fire pit. Everything in our home is brand new! Guest access You have access to the entire home and the 3 acres of land on which the property sits. Other things to note PETS UPON APPROVAL ONLY: Our home is pet free, but we will consider dogs on a case-by-case basis (limited to 1 per stay). Note that we need to charge a $100 fee per pet/stay, which goes towards the additional cleaning required.
