Accommodation in central Godby, close to everything

Enjoy a pleasant overnight stay in this centrally-located accommodation in Godby. The accommodation is located in the basement with its own entrance and access to gym, sauna and bath. Next to the accommodation there are several grocery stores, barbecue kiosk, eateries, pharmacy, gym, hairdressers, etc. A nice swimming pool and library are also nearby. Maxinge shopping center is 12 minutes away by car and Mariehamn is 15 minutes away. Possibility to charge electric car at the store next door. The space The space is fresh, new and nicely decorated and the environment is relaxing with adjacent bath and sauna area. There is no kitchen, but a dining area with microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, dishes and cutlery. That room is not completely renovated. The toilet is small but nice. The space also has a nice seating area next to the sauna and bath. There you can bathe in the bathtub or sit in the relaxation area and listen to music because there are speakers with Bluetooth. There are also refrigerators in two places to store drinks or your own food. You have the option to borrow towels and shampoo. The bedroom is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed for two with bed mattresses, duvets, pillows. There is a dresser for storing clothes. Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are available. Guests make their own beds. Extra mattresses can also be arranged if you want to sleep on the floor. The gym is also at your disposal. Bicycles can also be brought into an adjacent room at the entrance. In that room, animals can also be kept if they are in their cage. There is a barbecue outside and a hot plate can be arranged for easier preparation of food. Guest access Guests have access to the spaces described. Sauna bath Max 1.5h/day due to the low rent we charge. If you wish to invite guests to the sauna or swim longer, we would like you to notify us and we can then agree on extra compensation. During your stay We will be happy to help our guests with questions they have via text message or on site if possible. Tips on activities or other considerations are also welcome. Other things to note We appreciate the orderliness, cleanliness, honesty and responsibility of our guests. We are happy to help if there are any problems that we can solve or if you have any questions. On the two upper floors, we live as a family with our children.
