Casa del Mar is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a 5 min walk from a 1.5 mile long sandy beach. The refurbished house has all amenities and is a 5-bedroom, 3 bath, 3-story residence. There is plenty of room for large groups or families looking to be at the beach and a short taxi ride from downtown dining, bar-hopping, and shopping. We are located just upon entering Rosarito; there is a shopping center with a sports bar, restaurants, and shopping just up the street. The space There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor w a full bath, a full bath on the 2nd floor along with the Master Suite. There is a private 2nd-floor w/it's own full bath. The Master is large - 2 rooms separated by a solid door. Both face the ocean and have a sliding glass door, giving you 2 ocean-view bedrooms w a common balcony. The 3rd floor bedroom is private and loft-like with 2 twin beds and it's own balcony facing the ocean. The 2st floor living area is airy and open, with a patio and barbeque just outside the kitchen. We are finishing the ground floor + 3rd floor loft rooms so we'll post more pics soon! Guest access There is room for 2/3 cars in the driveway and garage, with plenty of street parking. Other things to note People tend to ask how far the house is from the downtown area where the bars, shopping, and restaurant are. I've been there for over 25 years and my best advice is to take a taxi to downtown, particularly during the summer months when Rosarito is crowded, as the parking is very scarce and parking on side streets is a dubious proposition. Taxi rides are cheap: maybe $7.00 and are far less expensive than getting pulled over.
