Private 4BR Villa, Rawai Beach

Part of luxury development KA Villas, Villa Mika's location is exceptional, just 200m from scenic Rawai beach and its famous seafood market. Designed in modern Thai-Balinese style, the villa is built around a tropical private pool. 4 ensuite bedrooms, 2 opening directly on the pool deck. The 4th one is upstairs, with a private balcony. The spacious lounge area is particularly welcoming with its big sofa. It has a complete media centre and the windows open to create a common space. The space Villa Mika is the largest villa in the Ka Villas residence. It is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Each bedroom has its own character and full privacy. On the second floor, the 4th bedroom has lovely pool views and a terrace where you can enjoy the cool afternoon breeze or doze off below the starry sky of Phuket! Just outside this fully secured residence, you will find countless beach front restaurants and all the necessary shops to spend very enjoyable holidays. The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern facilities. There is a covered car park. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated car-park. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the condo (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 120 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 200 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island! This villa is for sale. During your stay, we might request a short visit to the property during your stay, with at least 24 hours' notice. Rest assured, any visit will be quick and will not exceed 10 minutes. It will probably not happen at all during your stay. Your comfort and privacy are our top priority, and we’ll make every effort to minimize any inconvenience. You will have the right to refuse such visit but we would appreciate if you would allow it if it happens. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
