Atypical house with garden in Évreux

We fell in love with this atypical house on 3 levels. 130M2: Floor 2: bedroom with a double bed and 1 desk Floor 1: bedroom with two children’s beds and a sofa bed, 1 playroom Ground floor: Living room, Dining room, Kitchen Winter is all about cocooning on a gigantic sofa. In summer we enjoy the south-facing terrace and the garden in the shade of a large tree. Located in Evreux, a stone's throw from everything, we can lend our house for any length of time. Wifi + Prime Video included The space Atypical but functional. Very bright due to its orientation and its large door frames, but also because the rooms are very large. Guest access the guest has access to the entire house except the cellar and a garage.
