Quaint cottage a short walk from the GOTL strip

Recently remodeled little cottage in Geneva-On-The-Lake. This cottage renovation was intended for guests to feel like this is their home away from home. There is one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. This cottage has AC, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils. Plus arcade game! The space -When you arrive, you will receive our welcome packet. This packet will provide you with details and information of some of the best attractions in the area! (wineries, beaches, hiking, etc.) -We do have a security deposit as part of your rental agreement; however, it is not charged upfront, it is only charged in the event that there is damage to the property. -Home includes lock-box on the exterior of the home so that you will have immediate access upon arriving. -Linens and towels are provided -Internet and Wi-Fi included and ROKU TV’s available for streaming and movies -Arcade Game -Full access to the cottage and yard -Park up to two cars in the driveway -Minimum age 21 -No smoking allowed in the cottage
