Spacious 4-bed family home with large garden

Relax with your family at this characterful yet modern home in delightful Watlington. You can enjoy family meals in our large, social dining kitchen or cuddle up by the log fire in the cosy living room. There is also a separate work space in the study and a quiet snug. This home can accommodate eight in four double bedrooms, one of which is our luxurious garden annex, and there is an additional nursery too- just get in touch if you wish to accommodate more in airbeds/travel cots. The space This is our family home which we let out when away for prolonged periods of time so there will be our belongings here and there. We love our home and it's wonderful setting in Watlington and we hope you will too. It benefits from offstreet parking (up to 3 cars), a large garden, underfloor heating, log fires, and wonderful walks and pubs on the doorstep! Even better is that includes use our garden annex - a self contained space for two in our garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with an excellent range cooker, large fridge-freezer and coffee machine, along with the usual equipment that you would expect in a family kitchen. It is a really sociable space with a large island for preparing food whilst chatting to the family. With wooden beams and high ceilings, quality fixtures and fittings, it really is the the heart of the home. The living room is a smaller, cosy space with a log burning stove and TV, quality sofas and armchairs and modern yet traditional decor. Downstairs you can also make use of a small library/snug and a study. There is also a small utility room with washer/dryer and is a handy space for storing coats etc. Upstairs there are four large bedrooms, set up as 3 doubles and a nursery. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the other two have standard doubles. One of the double rooms houses our exercise bike so is not suitable for children. The nursery has a cot, or could accommodate a child on an airbed/sleepover bed. Travel cots could also be set up in other bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is in our luxurious garden annex, complete with modern shower room with rainforest shower, king-size bed and a kitchenette to make a cuppa in the morning without walking through the garden. You can see the proximity to the house in the photos. Guest access You will have access to the entire home during the stay, apart from some cupboards containing our personal belongings and the sheds. Cupboards that are not available for use will be clearly labelled or locked.
