Downers Grove is centrally located 35 min to everywhere. The Metra train that takes you to Chicago is exactly 5min away. Enjoy being one of our first guests and among the few lucky Chicago visitors to enjoy this experience. Whatever your travel purpose is, we will be happy to host you! Welcome home! The space Spacious one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Suitable for business travelers and remote workers - office desk, chair, and great wifi. A full kitchen or enjoy a long list of local places to eat out. (Electric stove) unfortunately washer & dryer are unavailable but there is a laundromat just 5 mins away. This is a 3 floor house, our home is on the lower level. The entrance will be through the back. You need to use the stairs to go down to the lower level and there will be a lockbox. There is free parking on premises. Guest access Please make yourself at home. Our place is yours and only yours during your stay. We do ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level. Other things to note NO PARTIES/EVENTS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES NO SMOKING Under any circumstances of any kind will be tolerated. You will be removed from location with no refund of any kind issued. No shoes on the carpet please. Minimum of 2 people(Only registered guests on the reservation are allowed on property). Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. All guests must agree to the house rules before/ during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. Government id, security deposit will be required on the following bookings: Last minute bookings Guests with no reviews Guests with incomplete profile Instant bookings We discourage direct delivery to the building.
