The outdoor space was recently landscaped to include a large patio table, secitonal couch with gas fire pit and weber grill. House is fully equipped to host small kids with baby gates, (1) Nuna Sena pack and play, (1) high chair, a kids play kitchen, books, toys, and games. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you could need including microwave, blender, toaster, pots/pans, baking sheets, and knives that actually cut.
