The setting is safe, welcoming, and personal—my sisters own the other units, and one lives on-site with her husband and three tiny dogs. The pups are friendly, well-supervised, and often tucked away, but they may occasionally make an appearance to say hello. Step inside and you’ll be greeted by the warmth of a true “Jamaican Country Comfort” design. Styled as a farmhouse retreat, the home combines rustic touches like wood and stone with modern amenities that make life easy and enjoyable. The townhouse features two spacious, cozy bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Expect plush beds, generous closet space, and thoughtful details like fresh towels, soaps, shampoos, and even a hairdryer. Wake up refreshed and enjoy the fresh air on the private balcony, which connects to the primary bedroom and kitchen and overlooks the rolling hills, valleys, and the famous “red flats” below. The living room is designed for relaxation and fun. Stretch out on the comfy couch with soft pillows and throws while streaming your favorite shows on the 50-inch smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and more. This includes seating in the garden areas and the tree shaded spaces. Guest are also free to use additional parking spaces in the main courtyard. Other things to note There is a fitness center within walking distance (5 minute drive) of my short-term rental condo. The Badminton Club includes, tennis courts, gym, badminton court, large swimming pool, kiddies swimming pool, snack bar and other wellness facilities. The neighborhood is very safe and my home is secured and monitored electronically (outside area only) . The balcony faces away from the other units within the complex and directly out toward the awesome view, giving my guests perfect privacy and serenity. Our pets are harmless small dogs. They may come around and may even bark but they will never attack or bite. Please have no fear of them.
