This one bedroom apartment is located in the upstairs of the historic 125 year old Hendricks Building with original exposed brick and wood floors. Walking distance from shopping and eateries in downtown Water Valley. The living room of the apartment is a shared space for the adjoining offices weekdays, but private for Airbnb guests at weekends. Bedroom has a shower, but toilets & sinks are in a separate area off living room. There are structural metal beams that are integral to the building. The space This is an old building so it has its quirks but also so much charm with the exposed brick and original wood floors. The bedroom has a shower in it with a queen bed. The door from the living room to the bedroom has structural metal beams that do protrude into the walkway. These steel beams are original to the building and integral to its structural integrity. The living room is used as a communal space for the 2 offices that we rent during the week. Weekend Airbnb guests have sole use of the bedroom, living room and bathrooms and can lock everything for privacy.
