Charming house, well ventilated and with a beautiful tropical garden which conveys a feeling of peace and tranquility. Located in downtown Ubatuba, close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and tourist attractions. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room there is a single sofa bed for two people. We do not offer bed or bath linens. The space 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house has no air conditioning but has 3 portable fans. Other things to note There is a studio behind the house, occupied by the owner (only one person). The studio does not interfere with the privacy of the accommodation, and the owner is usually absent most of the time.
