AIR CONDITIONED and heated with vents into each room plus ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the main room. Fast WIFI internet. Smart TV (watch your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, etc. - just login to your account), plus some basic free TV channels. Gas BBQ grills and seating areas in the beautifully manicured courtyard. Gated pool (not heated) and hot tub! TWO BATHROOMS - a full main bathroom with shower and tub that has safety rails and an en suite 1/2 bathroom in the master bedroom with toilet and sink. Soap and towels provided. CONVENIENTLY LOCATED one block from Safeway and Starbucks and close to downtown Wickenburg! RELAX in sunny Wickenburg, an old mining town and the "Team Roping Capital of the World!" This is a lovely, quiet property. 1 HOUR TO PEORIA & PHOENIX. Close enough to attend Spring Training and large sporting events like the Superbowl or go shopping, yet far enough away to escape the noise and congestion. Please Note: This is an upstairs unit, and you will need to be able to climb one set of stairs. Guest access Entire condo. Plus shared swimming pool, hot tub, and courtyard with barbecue grills and shaded seating. Other things to note Desert Gold Condo Association Rules As we all need to be conscious of our individual areas, and to maintain the designed attractiveness of the complex as a whole, the following are reminders of existing covenants and policies: 1. Children are permitted to use the pool and spa with accompanied adult supervision only. These areas are not play areas and their use must be within reason. Abide by rules posted in pool and spa area. 2. Pets are not permitted in the courtyard and pool area. Pets, at all times, must be accompanied and under the full control of their owners. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outdoors. In the event that an animal accidently defecates on association property, the pet owner shall immediately clean up after it. Renters are restricted to one pet that cannot exceed 70 lbs. in weight. Dogs may not be allowed to bark incessantly or disturb others. 3. The pool and sauna area is a smoke free area. Smokers are not to dispose their cigarette butts on the ground. We are all responsible for keeping our areas tidy and clean. 4. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. seven days a week. 5. Owners and renters are assigned a limit of two parking spots, one covered and corresponding with their unit and one uncovered near their unit. Please park in this designated spot. Additional vehicles are to be parked in non-numbered spots. Consistent with Article 4(4.12) from the CC&R regarding parking of vehicles, no mobile home, travel trailer, trailers or other similar equipment may be parked on any part of the association property except temporary loading and unloading. All-terrain vehicles are considered a second vehicle and need to be parked in non-numbered spots on ATV Trailers not to exceed 19 feet in length including the tongue and 7 feet in width including the wheel wells. Trucks are not to exceed 19 feet in length. 6. A one bedroom condo can only be occupied by two persons and a two bedroom condo can only be occupied by four persons. 7. Owners are responsible for their tenants’ compliance to all HOA rules. Rules must be displayed in each unit and included with the lease to the renter. Owners must provide the HOA Board with a completed form including the renter’s name, duration of the rental period and a copy of the rental agreement. 8. Clothing or towels are not allowed to be dried or aired in view of balconies, porches, or elsewhere outside our units. Thanks for your help regarding these matters. Let’s all work together to maintain our attractive complex in a manner in which we can all take pride. Pool & Spa Rules 1. Persons with sore or inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharge, boils, other acute or obvious skin or body infections or cuts; shall be excluded from the pool. 2. No glass allowed within the pool enclosures. 3. No animals allowed except for service animals. 4. No drinks, candy, tobacco, popcorn, gum, alcohol, or food of any kind shall be permitted in the pool/spa or within the required walkways of the pool. 5. Keep gate(s) closed, do not prop open. 6. Shower and use the toilet before using the pool. 7. If incontinent, wear tight fitting rubber or plastic pants or a swim diaper. 8. Persons must be 18 years or older to use the spa without adult supervision. 9. Children under 12 yrs. old must be accompanied by an adult. 10. Observe all safety regulations.
