Enjoy your stay in the main level of my 2 level home in the historic Mpls Art District of Northeast Minneapolis. You will have the run of the main level (me in the lower). You are in the best location in Minneapolis, just minutes to all major venues, great dining, coffee, breweries, and endless outdoor activities! The space The space comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. Kitchen comes fully stocked for those that want to cook or simply savor a cup of coffee. Enjoy the front patio or private deck featuring a dining space, grill, lawn chairs, and fire pit to enjoy the Minnesota weather. The space offers an 55" 4k smart tv and board games to keep any group entertained. The combined living room and dining area are at the front, while the kitchen is connected and adjoining the living space. Down the hall, the bedrooms feature a new king and queen Nectar mattress with room darkening blinds. An inflatable memory foam mattress is available for guests 5&6 to sleep in the living room. The couch is also very comfortable for #7 My daughter and I normally stay in the lower level with private access, although we are not until winter due to remodeling. I may ask you if I can arrange work times in the lower level during your stay. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire main level. There is key-less entry for easy access and check in. Your unique entry code will be sent the morning of check-in. I look forward to hosting you! Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with one ring camera on the exterior of the home at the front entrance.
