Welcome to our cozy Master Bedroom Suite in five bedroom and 3 bathroom house located in the heart of Melbourne. 5 min. walk to FIT University. 7 minute drive Holmes Regional medical center; airport, L3 Harris, Northrop Grumman. 10 minute drive to beach and many restaurants; Golf course; Andretti thrill park & manatee park in walking distance or a few min. drive. The space You will have a private room with a lock on your room door. Room includes a king size bed, 2 closets and chest as well as a desk. Free WiFi, and parking. You'll share common areas such as kitchen, living room and dining area with other guest(s). Guest access Driving distance: 7 minutes to the Melbourne square mall; Holmes Regional medical center; airport & downtown, 10 minutes to beach; L3 Harris, Northrop Grumman. 7/11, Walmart and many restaurants; Golf course; Andretti thrill park & manatee park in walking distance or few min. drive. FIT Panther dining buffet hall is open to public. EV charging station is within a 5 min drive. 10 min. walking distance to bus line 21, 25 30. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking allowed inside. (Outside only and please discard of butts) 3. No pets allowed. 4. Not Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. 5. No additional guests or visitors allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. 6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 7. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 10. Please wash your dishes and clean up after yourself 11. Please take the trash out before you leave. 12. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please be considerate you are in a shared space with others. Cleanliness and noise is important. Long term guests (greater than 28 days) are responsible for supplying their own toiletries. (Toilet paper, body wash, paper towels etc) Room Lock out. First lockout free Lock out fee is $10 (emergency lock out 7 pm - 7 am $25 Please do not attempt to unlock or enter the door yourself without the key. You will be responsible for any damages done to door or door frame.
