New (2022) and privately owned cabin with 8 beds located at the top of Holtardalen (approx. 1000mh) with a very beautiful and sunny location. Here you have the opportunity to relax and enjoy nice days/evenings with family and friends😊 You have all the facilities available and access to electric car chargers. Family-friendly and central location with proximity to alpine resorts and cross-country ski trails, and not least the cabin is energy-efficient. The space The cabin has a modern feel spread over 1.5 floors. You have all the facilities available and access to electric car chargers. The cabin has 4 bedrooms and 8 beds (air mattress 150x200 can be borrowed if there are more of you). 1st floor: open living room and kitchen with access to Wifi and smart TV. Here you can log in with your own user on the TV and resume what you watched at home. In the living room there is a fireplace and the possibility of wood burning. Furthermore, there is a modern bathroom and hallway with heating cables, a bedroom with a built-in bed, the bed is 160x200. Duvets and pillows are available, but bring bedding, towels, consumables and possibly firewood if desired. 2nd floor: consists of a loft and two bedrooms. The bedrooms are of a good size and built-in two beds in each bedroom. In total there are 4 beds size 90x200. There is also a toilet on the 2nd floor Guest access The Hole cabin. Also opportunity to use the electric car charger. Other things to note The location of the cabin: Rauland is an eldorado for cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. Approximately 150 kilometers of groomed trails in very varied terrain between the 3 ski centers. A total of 14 lifts and 37 slopes combined. Holtardalen has, among other things, a 4-seater chairlift, a ski lift and a ski band for the little ones. Here you live high and free at approximately 1000 meters above sea level Other information: Since this is a privately owned cabin and is used by ourselves, it is important to us that the cabin is well looked after. The cabin is rented to people over 25 years of age, and not primarily a party cabin. Electricity is included in the rent (approximately 45kw/h per day). Cleaning is done by the tenant / there may be a cleaning supplement of NOK 1500, this is agreed in advance. Pets and smoking inside are not allowed. Damage, loss of movable property/contents are covered by the tenant in full. Parking space for 2 cars. The rental amount is paid in full before staying at the cabin.
