Gîte for 25 people in Normandy (10 rooms)

The Gîte des 27 invites you to discover the Vexin Normand. Located in Saint-Denis-le-Ferment, in the Eure (1 hour from Paris and Rouen), our gîte has 12 rooms (double, triple) with the capacity to accommodate 25 guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bed and bath linens are provided. It also has a kitchen and a reception room to meet with family or friends around a good meal. The space Our group cottage is composed as follows. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: The common areas including the dining room for 25 people (tables and chairs), coffee machine, kettle, furniture containing all the necessary dishes for 55 people, a semi-professional kitchen equipped with 2 sinks/dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerated cabinet and two electric stoves Then, upstairs, a first staircase serves 7 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160, each having its own bathroom. (3 bedrooms with shower and 3 bedrooms with bathtub). and a quadruple bedroom with 2 double beds in 160 and a shower room. On the ground floor to the right of this staircase, a triple bedroom with 1 double bed 160, a single bed 90 and a bathroom with bathtub. Another access door serves the ground floor a triple bedroom with shower and upstairs a double bedroom with shower. Finally, a last door serves on the ground floor a triple bedroom with shower and upstairs a double bedroom with bathtub. Of course, an access map is communicated to you before your arrival. Guest access An access map is communicated to you in advance. You can find the address, and access to the different rooms and common spaces are also identified. Each bedroom door opens with a code to be entered on the handle. The list of codes will be sent to you beforehand. Other things to note Towels and sheets are provided during rentals. We also provide you with welcome products: shower gel, shampoo & soap. Equipment is available on request: travel cot, high chairs, iron & ironing board.
