The Mayaswell - All Year - Hot Tub - Lake Views

This cottage is nestled in a small cottage community. It is now being offered year round, and features a 2-4 person hot tub. The Mayaswell sits atop a bluff with stunning Lake Erie views. Colchester beach is a 10 min walk away with swimming & relaxation on a clean sandy beach. Award winning wineries are within walking distance or a short bike ride away. Fresh produce stands, hiking trails, restaurants and nature at its finest complete the perfect picture of The Mayaswell and its surroundings. The space The Mayaswell is a clean inviting space offering a home away from home experience. There are both front and back decks for dining and relaxation. The expansive front bluff and large back yard provide plenty of space for gathering around a fire (firewood provided), playing yard games, reading in the yard, or simply taking in the sights and sounds of the lake and its beauty while lounging in an Adirondack chair. Guest access Guests will have full access to The Mayaswell cottage, the front bluff and the private backyard. A portable fire pit and a backyard stone pit are provided, along with plenty of Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining table and chairs, a bbq, a hammock, 2 bikes, yard games, etc. A front and a back deck are provided for your enjoyment. Other things to note The water in the cottage is suitable for drinking. We live in this cottage community and drink the water daily! There are countless attractions in the immediate area: beaches; hiking trails; wineries with tastings/picnic lunches and dinners; restaurants; a marina/harbour for fishing; bird watching; a children’s splash pad and play ground - many within walking distance and all within a short drive.
