Comfy Private Room

Cozy and peaceful getaway in a 1920s-style home. Very inviting, clean, safe space to relax and feel at home while away from home. You’ll have a private bedroom, private bathroom, closet space, a smart TV, a tiny workspace , & comfy accent chair to relax in. There is a front porch with great sunlight- perfect for lounging. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. Other guests or I may be coming or going. Pets are allowed, but please let us know in advance. ATTN: this is a SHARED House- we live in it. The space In addition to your own private bedroom (including a private bathroom, closets, & workspace), you may use the shared kitchen and dining area, the living room, and the front porch. You may do cooking in the kitchen but you must clean up after your mess in the kitchen. There is also a laundry room next to the kitchen. During your stay My co-host and I will be available if you have any questions. We’ll provide you with contact numbers in case we’re not around. Other things to note There are two big dogs on premise, but we keep them in the backyard or in my own private room. He is there to guard. :) We’ve also adopted a Friendly feral cat who prefers to be left alone. As I mentioned in the room description, the room is cozy meaning it is small but can accommodate 2 people!
