This property is directly on the Delaware River with NO fence or barrier. One well behaved dog accepted. Pet owners must use couch cover. There is a fenced yard for pets and a very long dog run on a big tree outside the fenced area. The house sits in the middle of a .6 acre plot, surrounded by trees which makes it feel extra private. The house has Wifi, Roku, HBO, Hulu, and Wifi. The kitchen has coffee, coffee maker, bean grinder, food processor, new pot/pan set, everything you need to cook. This is an old house and not a newly gut renovated rental. The furniture and everything inside the house is new, but please understand that as an old cottage by the river the house has some quirks and imperfections. It is clean, cozy, warm, inviting and well equipped.
