Enjoy river views from the living room and drive (or walk) 10 min to Narrowsburg for coffee/lunch/shopping. Many shops to explore - vintage, clothing, books, art galleries, etc he house sits in the middle of a .6 acre plot, surrounded by trees which makes it feel extra private. It is situated in “the flats” of narrowsburg, a no-outlet suburb that is beautiful and safe to walk through. Walkable Restaurants: The Heron (New American) / The Laundrette (Wood fired pizza) / La Cigogne (French w river views) / Deep Eddy Brewery (beer and bbq). Perfect for 1-2 couple(s), or a couple with a kid. PLEASE NOTE that this is a small cabin and the two bedrooms are next to one another. While there is a super big couch and the house is very comfortable, if booking for 4, this is best suited for couples who are well acquainted. This property is directly on the Delaware River with NO fence or barrier to the water. For safety and liability reasons is NOT recommended to let children wade directly into the river. Public boat launch and other swimming spots are 5 min away. One well behaved dog accepted. Pet owners must use couch cover (provided and set up for you). There is a fenced yard for pets and multiple dog runs outside the fenced area so that your pet can hang out with you while you enjoy a bonfire (wood provided) or time by the river. The house has Wifi, Roku, etc. The kitchen has coffee, coffee maker, bean grinder, food processor, new pot/pan set, everything you need to cook. This is an old house and not a newly gut renovated rental. The furniture and everything inside the house is new, but please understand that as an old cottage by the river the house has some quirks and imperfections. In the summertime there are bugs outside as we are directly next to the water. It is clean, cozy, warm, inviting and well equipped. Guest access The entire first floor of the home and entire grounds. The basement, 1 closet, and garage by the driveway are locked. Other things to note Pet owners must clean up after their pet. No shoes in house. Parents please be aware that this house has DIRECT river access with NO FENCE or barrier.
