Welcome to Sandcastles, the perfect family & pet friendly vacation destination. (Your fur baby must be under 30lbs) Enjoy Seacrest Beach by private beach access, the heated pool and the perfect site for watching launches. Sandcastles is walking distance to downtown restaurants & shopping. The top floor 2BDR/2Bath/2Balcony unit has amazing views, looking SE and West. (not direct oceanfront) Come enjoy Sandcastles Sunrise to Sunset! The space We respect our guests and are considerate of allergies and sensitivities. For this reason you will not find any Plug-ins, scented candles, potpourri or chemical deodorizers. Our cleaning includes no harsh chemicals. Non-toxic cleaners are used on the surfaces and floors, safer for small children and pets. All linens and towels are washed without chemical dyes and fragrance. There is tile throughout the unit. Guest access Pool/Spa during the hours of 9:30am-10pm. Pets not allowed. Community Room for games, books and puzzles, closes at 10pm Private Beach Access. Pets not allowed. Tennis and Pickleball Courts (with reservation) Pets not allowed. Grill (with reservation) Gym: $5 Day Passes are available at Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness, which is located across the street from Sandcastles. Other things to note PETS: While the Condo complex does allow for pets, there is a strict size limit of 30lbs. Not all units allow pets. This unit does because we understand that your fur baby is part of the family. There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee. Only one pet allowed. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pet owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or tennis courts. On the North & South side of the parking lot is a pet area. Pets are NOT permitted on Brevard County Beaches. Lori Wilson Park (a short walk) does have a dog park. And, 1/2 mile away is the 4th Street Filling Station. Great food and service, plus they allows dogs in the garden patio area.
