This is a second floor condo accessible only via stairs. You access this condo through a shared foyer/entryway with one other condo, with your own key to your condo. Our patio, front deck, and private beach is available to guests in all 3 condos. Units 1 and 2 can be rented together and have an interior door connecting the units as an option. If you are only renting 1 unit, this connecting door is locked at all times via an owner-only key. There is plenty of parking available for all guests.
