Private room(s) in a beautiful family apartment, very bright, located near the Latin Quarter, and featuring parking and a pleasant balcony overlooking a grand tree-lined boulevard. The apartment is bathed in light through its large windows that open onto gardens and the Parisian sky. After a long day in the noisy hustle and bustle of Parisian life, you will enjoy finding tranquility in this apartment where you can recharge and unwind. The space This beautiful apartment has one bedroom with a large bed and another bedroom with two single beds that can be joined. Depending on your preferences, the number of guests, and the possible presence of the owner, you may have access to one bedroom and/or the other. As the owner is often away, it is highly likely that you can enjoy the entire apartment all for yourself. The shared spaces include: - A living room opening onto a continuous balcony, inviting you to enjoy breakfast with fresh bread and croissants on sunny days, lounge in the afternoon sun, or have a romantic candlelit dinner under the starry Parisian sky. - A kitchen with a dining table and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay. A parking space with a closed box can also be provided to our guests, with the following dimensions: - Door width/inside the box: 2m15 / 2m55 - Door height/inside the box: 1m87 / 2m33 - Box length: 5m38 Guest access Guests will have access to all the common areas of the apartment (e.g., living room, kitchen) in addition to their private bedroom and the adjoining bathroom. Since the owner is often away, you will likely have the apartment all for yourself. During your stay GENERAL INFORMATION: As I will be traveling during your stay, you will be able to enjoy the apartment in full privacy. I have left some written instructions to guide you. However, I remain available if necessary: you can send me a message via Airbnb, and I will receive a notification on my mobile phone so I can respond immediately. In any case, Dimitri — the person in charge of the check-in — will be in Paris for any questions or emergencies. KEY HANDOVER: Please share your approximate arrival time so that we can arrange the key handover in the best way for you. Early or late check-in may be possible but cannot always be guaranteed, and the same applies for check-out. We kindly ask that you let us know at the time of booking, and at least 24 hours in advance if your schedule changes. If needed, we are happy to offer late check-in with the following extra fees: • €20 from 9 pm to 10 pm, • €30 from 10 pm to 11 pm, • €40 from 11 pm to midnight, • €50 after midnight. ADDRESS: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the full address in the confirmation email sent by Airbnb. Other things to note SECURITY DEPOSIT: The caution is a pre-authorisation on your credit card made and fully managed by Airbnb. It is only in case of damages inside the apartment. 600 Euros amount is high but it is related to the level and price of the equipment in the apartment.
