Enjoy a secluded and private getaway with direct beach access to Pelican Beach through a short on-property footpath. Separate studio guest cottage with 1 queen bed, 1 futon couch, dining table, kitchenette (with no stove top) and 1 bath (shower/tub combo). Gas grill with side burner outside by the deck. Deck has ocean views. Property is gated. The cottage is one minute off of Hwy. 101, but it is totally private. The yard is fully fenced, and the walk to the beach is no more than 2 mins. Parking on premises immediately adjacent to front door. Ample parking and within gated property. We are not always on-site but are almost always available via text or cell phone. We are located at the end of a quiet little road that receives very little traffic but is less than a minute off of Hwy. 101 very close to the California/Oregon border. The street looks very tropical, and the setting is tranquil. There is ample parking within the gated area. Guests can drive to almost all major attractions or bike if that is their preference. Public transportation is not recommended, as it is not readily available.
